When Creative Director and Founder Hiroki Nakamura started this upscale Japanese streetwear brand, his main objective was to rebel against the mass production of footwear provided by Nike, Puma and Adidas. To accomplish this, creating high quality goods that people would appreciate was key.  Today Visvim have come a long way, from producing footwear to manufacturing garments to fit the lifestyle and wardrobe of the everyday man. Its 2011 Fall/Winter collection is a great representation of this.  Japanese Fashion magazine “Sense” depicted this during a recent editorial spread. This spread showed the collection’s versatility by layering the pieces to suit any occasion. No wonder Visvim is “Hailed as one of the most coveted” and sought after streetwear brands.
